Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM AWST (Australian Western Standard Time) on a business day will begin processing that same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM AWST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Handling Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1–4 business days, Monday to Friday, for your order to be processed, packed and prepared for dispatch.
We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, estimated transit times within Australia are:
Standard Delivery: 6–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules and conditions outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.
If you have not received a tracking notification within your handling window, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Vaahri is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched. However, if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-delivery may incur an additional shipping fee.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
